MyBidCheck is an AI-powered quote analysis service. You submit a contractor quote, and we provide a report that includes a price range assessment, identification of potential red flags, and a suggested negotiation script.
MyBidCheck is an informational tool only. We are not a licensed contractor, financial advisor, or legal counsel. Our reports represent our best analysis based on available pricing data — they are not guarantees of any particular outcome.
We do not guarantee that using our report will result in savings. Contractor pricing varies by region, timing, demand, and many other factors. Our price ranges are estimates based on available data and may not reflect your specific market conditions.
We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on our reports, including decisions to hire or not hire a contractor, or to negotiate based on our suggested script.
Each report costs $9, charged at the time of submission. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. MyBidCheck does not store your payment information.
Due to the nature of digital deliverables, all sales are final. If you believe there was a technical error with your report, contact us at support@mybidcheck.com within 48 hours and we will review your case.
You retain ownership of any quote documents you submit. By submitting a quote, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze it for the purpose of generating your report. We do not share your quote data with contractors or any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You agree not to submit quotes that contain false or fabricated information, use our service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to reverse engineer or scrape our service, or resell our reports without permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyBidCheck's total liability for any claim arising from use of our service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific report in question ($9). We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will always post the updated date at the top of this page.
